WHAT YOUR DISPATCH PARTNER DOES

You focus on the road.
We support the load.

01

Load search & matching

Search load boards for opportunities suited to your equipment, capacity, preferred lanes, and schedule. General freight and dedicated-route opportunities depend on availability.

02

Rate negotiation

Discuss and negotiate available load rates with brokers on your behalf, based on your preferences. You review the opportunity and decide whether to accept it.

03

Communication & updates

Coordinate load confirmations, trip updates, and changes so you have the information you need for the move.

04

Load details & paperwork

Help confirm trip details, send and receive rate confirmations, and keep dispatch-related documents organized.

05

Reload planning

Look for the next load and return opportunities with the aim of reducing empty miles. Loads, rates, routes, and profitability are not guaranteed.

06

Your operation, your choices

Dedicated dispatch support starts with your operating preferences and availability. You remain independent and may decline loads that do not fit your needs.

THE OFFER ADVERTISED IN OUR FLYERS

First load free.
Here’s what that means.

No dispatch fee on your first outbound load.

We also waive the dispatch fee on its qualifying return load for a two-way move. This waiver applies only to the first outbound load and its qualifying return load.

You remain responsible for normal operating costs, including fuel, tolls, insurance, and other carrier expenses.

A return load is not guaranteed.

We will look for a return opportunity, but availability depends on the market, equipment, and lanes. “Free” refers to the dispatch fee; it does not mean free transportation or operating expenses.

Contact us to review eligibility, what counts as a qualifying return load, and the written promotion terms before booking.

Before you reach out

Questions?
Let’s talk freight.

Who pays the dispatch fee?

The carrier pays WRK Freight’s dispatch fee under the agreed service terms. Review the fee schedule before signing. The advertised first-load promotion waives the dispatch fee on the first outbound load and its qualifying return load only; normal operating costs remain yours.

Do I have to accept every load?

No. You can review and decline any load that does not fit your equipment, schedule, lanes, or business needs.

Are loads, rates, or dedicated routes guaranteed?

No. Availability varies with market conditions, equipment, and lanes. We search for suitable opportunities, including dedicated routes when available, but do not guarantee loads, earnings, profit, specific rates, or return loads.

Do I need my own truck?

We work with independent carriers operating 26-foot box trucks and hotshot equipment. You need access to suitable equipment and the required operating credentials. WRK Freight does not provide a truck through this website.

How do I apply?

Carrier applications are opening soon. The current form sends a carrier interest inquiry to WRK Freight through Formspree. When applications open, we will provide the carrier application and document submission instructions. Approval, completed onboarding, and an agreement are required before dispatch begins.

What equipment do you work with?

Our launch focus is independent carriers operating 26-foot box trucks and hotshot equipment. Include your equipment specifications so we can review compatibility.

Do you only work with Texas carriers?

No. WRK Freight welcomes inquiries from carriers nationwide. Let us know your preferred states and lanes.

How much does dispatching cost?

Contact us for the dispatch fee schedule and current service availability. Fees, payment terms, and any applicable first-load promotion terms are provided for review before you sign an agreement.

Does an inquiry sign me up for service?

No. Your inquiry starts a conversation. Service begins only after the necessary review, agreement, and onboarding.

What should I have ready?

Start with your company name, equipment details, preferred lanes, and USDOT or MC number if applicable. Review the onboarding checklist above for the documents to prepare. Do not send banking details, W-9s, Social Security numbers, insurance files, or identity documents through this interest form.
